This device has a standard piggyback plug that accommodates most fans, turning them on when the ambient temperature goes four degrees Fahrenheit above the predetermined set point, then turns them off at three degrees below the set point.
Easy to use: Plug fan into female control receptacle, then plug three-pronged heavy-duty male control into 120 volt power supply. Set thermostat to a temperature you want the fan to come on at and that is it!
