The MXL line is designed to operate at a higher capacity than its standard alternative. These units are designed to operate in colder climates, down to -13 degree F with the available drain pan heater and with 100% heating capacity down to 5 degree F standard. Daikin's 4-port multi-split systems can serve up to 4 rooms from a single outdoor unit. Indoor units can be mixed and matched with three different types of units consisting of Wall Mounted, Concealed Ducted, 2X2 Cassettes and Floor Standing providing maximum installation flexibility.
